I had a wonderful experience yesterday at my dentist. I ha a small filling taken care of and it was uneventful. Dr. Konz and her assistant were just wonderful. In and out in 30 minutes and w/o any pain. The office staff is very professional and efficient. They even provided me with a hot chocolate at the end. Thanks Bud Mantucca
I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Konz's office. I would recommend the office to my entire Family and network.
I was very pleased with my visit today! I have never had such a comprehensive exam. Iwas in the office for about 2 hours. It was my first exam here, so many xrays and photos were taken and gone over with me. Dr. Konz took her time getting to know me and my dental history. She evaluated me for oral cancer and for gum disease (all good!) and explained what I can do to keep my teeth healthy. Everyone is always friendly, well educated and professional. Dr. Konz is family friend and she always treats me as part of their family.
My appointment was pain-free and relaxing! My hygienist was friendly, listened to my concerns, and was very gentle on my teeth. I felt like I was at a spa with the paraffin hand treatment, hot neck wrap, and music (or TV) of my choice! It made me forget I was there for dental work, which I am usually very apprehensive about. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned now!
Everyone on the staff is friendly and provides great service and follow up.
I appreciate the gentle care provided by Dr. Konz and her staff.
This office is outstanding. The staff is thorough and friendy, always striving for excellent customer service and patient comfort. I have been a patient here for 7 years and love it! They truly are best in class.
