By far one of my best experiences.
I was looking for a new dentist after my previous dentist retired. This is kind of a daunting task after someone becomes comfortable with a certain demeanor and approach - for 17 years! So far, so good! The office setting is comfortable but more importantly the people have been very nice and seem to be extremely competent. A relaxing and comfortable environment. Timely and friendly staff who do a great and through job.
Dr, Konz's office was very responsive to my need for dental attention quickly. Though the schedule was full for day's ahead of spring break, I was given an appointment, which extended office hours. My dental problem was resolved. Dr. Konz is very dedicated to her patients. My dental experiences are no longer dreaded. Also, this practice attempts to create a spa like environment to create a pleasant and calming experience.
Everything was handled as expected. I am very happy with my visit today.
The hygienist was very friendly and welcoming. The insurance lady was very knowledgable about benefits. Both were patient and courteous. The office is lovely in atmosphere, and very calming. It almost doesn't feel like you're at the dentist! I have not met the dentist yest, but Im very sure she will be wonderful as well.
Always thorough work and great service!
