These ladies really put a lot of effort into making a dreaded activity into a really enjoyable one. The soft music in the waiting room, the lemon water, the plush chairs, the literature, the scented candles. Once in the chair it only gets better. A big flat screen tv to watch, shades for your eyes so the light doesn't blind you, neck and hand warmers. The dental assistants and the Dr.s are all polite and know what they are doing. This was my first experience at a dentist where I actually did not want to leave. Everyone is very friendly, attentive and always making sure you are comfortable. The dental hygienist was awesome at making sure I knew every step of the cleaning and making sure I was never in pain. Not to mention the complimentary paraffin hand treatment and neck pillow, where do you go wrong! Have already recommended this office to all my friends!

I had a bit of a dental emergency and I called Dr. Konz, not thinking she would respond on a Saturday (off hours) and within an hour had heard back from Dr. Konz and I ran in to see her at the office. Dr. Konz did a quick procedure to alleviate the pain and I will follow up with her this week. Dr. Konz, and all her office staff, are incredibly professional, so friendly and while I would never say I look forward to going to the dentist, it is a very positive experience at Dr. Konz's office.
I have been seeing Dr. Konz and staff for many years. Each and every time I walk in the door, everyone is personable, kind and caring. From the front desk staff, to hygienists, and especially Dr. Konz they are top notch. All aspects of dental care are carefully and meticulously provided. I have never felt uncomfortable or nervous. Her fees are a bit high, however, I know I will never be steered in the wrong direction or have shoddy care. If you need dental care this is the only place to go. A+++++++++!
