This was my first apartment EVER! I'm so happy my boyfriend and I chose to live here. I feel that I have the perfect spot and it feels very homie. It's just what I needed, has a great community too (:
I love living at The Park at Crossroads! It’s a great neighborhood with great apartments. The staff is very prompt and friendly. It has a great fitness center, large grills, a relaxing outdoor pool space and an indoor pool as well! And, if you have a pet, they have dog parks on-site, so you never have to leave the comfort of your own neighborhood! I’m hard to please when it comes to where I reside, but this community has exceeded my expectations the past 4 years.
Since I moved here in March I have had no complaints. Nice a quite. The staff is very helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to come stay here at crossroads. Convenient location to everything you need.

For close to 3 years we have had an apartment here. Through many ups & downs the staff has been professional, flexible & kind. I travel extensively and my daughter is often there alone. She has felt safe & protected at all times. They communicate changes very clearly & will work with you earnestly to resolve issues. Maintenance is too notch & so professional. We love it here. The community is basically quiet and peaceful. Most people clean up after their dogs. The maintenance if terrific and they always come when you need them. The grounds are neat and well groomed and cared for. We live in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor with a garage attached and it is very comfortable with a large deck that we use quite often. We are here since Sept. 2015 when we sold our large home and will stay here until our names come up on our senior citizen reservation at Glenaire in Cary.
Yes...it is pricey. But that keeps out the riff raff. Beautiful complex. Great floor plans. Nice office staff. Great area. People need to remember before they judge maintenance or office staff.... what you put out is what you get back. If I ever move back to Cary....I would live back at Park at Crossroads again in a heartbeat.
