The staff is super friendly and quick to respond to your needs. The buildings and grounds are kept clean and pretty. And the apartments are open and brightly lit (something that was important to be) for an amazing price!
I love my morning sun, bright, airy apartment in the trees. A gigantic patio, even in a one bedroom - room for a hammock, a table, two chairs, and still have extra space. Garden tub with built in shelves in the shower. Choice of accent wall. Office staff is friendly, maintenance staff is not only friendly but QUICK. Lots of people with happy dogs. 3 dog parks. Great place to live! Very quiet and the apartments have lots of space!
So far I have enjoyed my time here. the apartments and amanities are very nice and the maintenance guys do and good job of keeping it that way.The location is awesome since it has plenty of places it eat and its within walking distance of the greenway which is great for walking my dog.
My husband and I are loving Park so far! The staff especially Sherry have been unbelievably helpful and accommodating from the very beginning. The servicemen are so fast answering our service calls, the neighbors are friendly, the grounds are beautiful and the location is ideal! All of our favorite stores are a short drive and getting to downtown Raleigh is a breeze. We can't wait to show the rest of our friends and family our new home : )
My wife and I are new residents at Park and we couldn't be happier. That staff has always been friendly and helpful and the few service calls we've had to make have been handled quickly and professionally. We love the indoor and outdoor pool and the convenient access to walking trails and stores. We plan on staying for years to come!
we've been living here for almost 2 months and I have to say we love it! the staff is incredibly friendly especially Jim. he will always go out of his way for you. the pool is clean and we love the indoor pool as well.we use the gym frequently and it's always sanitized and clean.
