Look around before deciding I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and it was a pretty mixed bag. Overall, living there served its purpose and I met some great people there. I would say look at all options if you can before deciding on being here. There are newer apartments that have come up in that past few years that have comparable pricing at Park at Crossroads. Great staff My mom has lived here over a year now. The location is simply perfect. Her apartment has been renovated recently and is super clean and comfortable inside. The facilities (pool, gym, trails, etc..) add to the overall positive quality of life. She has had some minor mechanical issues, which is normal. The staff, led by John, have been extremely attentive to her issues. Always quickly dispatching maintenance to trouble shoot and solve the problems! RecommendedI love living here. The premises are well kept. Everyone in the leasing office is friendly, helpful and understanding. Special shout out to Sherry and Jim. The neighbors are friendly and nice. Excellent location too! My kids love the fact they have an indoor and outdoor pool.
I absolutely love living here! The community is clean, maintenance is fast and the staff is very responsive to any needs, questions or concerns. Sherry is amazing! In addition, the area is in a great location with lots of stores and shops nearby. I just moved here in October and I am already looking into renewing. I will more than likely stay here until I am ready to buy a home, and I would definitely recommended this community to others in the area!
Extremely safe and located close to all major amenities. Staff is friendly and maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Excellent sound proofing in all apartments so you never hear your neighbors. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for housing in the heart of Cary.
We have really enjoyed living here while searching for a home to purchase. The neighbors are so quiet! We live in a ground floor unit, and we never hear noise from other apartments. The grounds are beautiful and clean, and the staff is so friendly. There is ample parking, and beautiful amenities. You will love living here!
I've been here for a little over 2 years and have had excellent service all around. The staff are friendly and when I need something done it is usually taken care of the same day.
parks at crossroads is awesome! It has tons of amenities, awesome dog park, a cool trail near the complex around a lake. the staff is awesome.
