The reception team here deserves recognition for their patience and supportive attitude. Even though the practice is very busy, they consistently do their best to guide patients and make sure things are managed properly. Tip for other patients: the booking form works most smoothly if you use it between 8 and 9 in the morning. That way you avoid long phone calls or sending emails outside the system. As foreigners living here, we had to try several local GPs before settling. In the NHS system you can’t expect a “perfect” practice because many things depend on the wider health structure, but what really makes the difference is how you are treated. I needed to update a prescription and the surgery told me that I would need to speak to Dr. Burden. Dr. Burden rang me just now and was very helpful, kind, good humoured & professional. Wendy my wife, and myself have nothing but good words to say about Parishes Bridge practice. Kim is always helpful and so is nurse Rachel, Nicola and Sam. Thank you. Bernard and Wendy Hennessy.

Like all doctors practice there are some complications but the receptionists try their best and have a lovely sense of humour. Practice manager goes above and beyond to try and fix any issues. Doctors are friendly and try their best. There is alot of pressure but on the whole they are a lovely bunch of people.
