Like all doctors practice there are some complications but the receptionists try their best and have a lovely sense of humour. Practice manager goes above and beyond to try and fix any issues. Doctors are friendly and try their best. There is alot of pressure but on the whole they are a lovely bunch of people.
Been with this practice as long as I can remember and have found all aspects of care to be excellent from reception to doctors and nurses. Always pleasant and informative and friendly atmosphere
Can't book appointments over the phone anymore and the website said that I wouldn't be able to book one for at least 2 days.
Very good service from all members of the team- receptionists, nurses, HCA's, doctors- everyone- kind and very helpful!
Difficult to speak to someone - Previously when the only option was to call in the morning the appointments would all be gone. Now you can’t even make an appointment, if you’re lucky enough to be online at the perfect time then you may get an appointment or a call back by a triage nurse, I found this incredibly unhelpful as the nurse I spoke to didn’t appear to understand my problem when I last spoke with her.
