I know people rant and rave about the reception staff at the medical practice but today I went up there and they were 💯 % kind, considerate and extremely helpful, Kim the manager was so caring and supportive that I thought it best to write a little review. People that shout and moan about the service need to take a reality check, there trying there best to accommodate thousands and thousands of patients i understand they can't please everyone.Once again I can't thank the staff enough. I have to complement, Jim, one of the receptionists at the practice for all the assistance provided. I believe his assistance went above and beyond anything I have received over many years with the practice. Thank you does not seem enough but we could do with many more Jim's - and it would almost be a pleasure to visit the Health Centre

I have found the receptionist Sophie very helpful. Also the practice manager Kim has also been extremely helpful. Unfortunately the duty doctor was not very helpful or understanding at all. They think that they are above everyone. Just wanted a little bit of help and support but got nothing.b
