It feels like if you’re not fobbed off via an Econsult, then you’re given a few minutes during an appointment where you’re lazily prescribed something without trying to actually diagnose what the issue is. Over the past three years, I’ve eventually had to go private after each and every time I’ve had an interaction with Parc Canol so that I can actually be treated. The whole parc conol practice are unhelpful in every aspect from simply booking an appointment to picking up prescriptions

I've moved to the area and this is by far the worst doctors surgery and that without me even getting an appointment just from there manner on the phone I've tried for 2 weeks straight to get an appointment and nothing.I was just told go to a pharmacy when I need to be seen as I am very concerned done consult no reply.The lady on the phone was extremely patronising and rude.
