Please beware this company IS NOT WHICH TRADER ACCREDITED, having researched and contacted Which directly, it appears Which withdrew their accreditation. What can I say? They’ve had the deposit but we don’t have a stairlift despite many promises to sort it out and one excuse and passed time limit after another. Avoid. And if you’re reading this Scott we need our money back or we’ll issue a stat demand or start small claims proceedings.

Bought a stairlift from Paramount which was fitted in July 2023. First problem - fitter drilled into a water pipe, they called out an emergency plumber and a carpet cleaning company was also called out to deal with this. My Mother is now having problems with the stairlift whereby it is intermittently stopping mid rise, she is unable to get off the chair. I first contacted Paramount 31st July 2024 and was promised that someone would call be back. There was no callback. I made a further 7 calls and 2 emails but again promises ... read more
