Combination between staff and client was not good let down with carers for personal care and I recently filled in a annomslay survey to say how I felt about carers and office staff my carers were very good but I had problems with office staff and for some reason they ended my care with 2 weeks notice could not understand why they could have done this for filling up a survey?
