I rented a flat via paragon for over 5 and 1/2 years. Paragon also managed the property. Throughout my time everyone at Paragon was very professional, friendly , fair and helpful. Any issue I had was promptly addressed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

We rented a property through Paragon for a year. They were friendly and easy to talk to throughout. Whenever we had any issues they would make arrangements to resolve for us using people they trust. If they ever had to visit the property they would request access in advance and work with us to ensure we were happy with them entering our home. Unfortunately we have moved out of the area, otherwise we would have happily used Paragon once again.
