Enjoyed meeting the dentist. He was very personable. Also, the assistant was very nice.

Kitty cleaned my teeth. I thing she did a thorough job, I was pleased. She is pleasant and personable. I met Dr. Thoman for the first time. The office staff was very friendly and nice.

I was promptly admitted for my cleaning. All the staff was polite, kind, and welcoming. My dentist worked to make a personal connection with me. For my first visit, I was impressed.
For the first time, since I was a patient with Dr. Arnold, I had a really nice experience in a dentist's office. I came, thinking that it would be my last visit, as I could no longer handle being a patient to a corporation. I was greeted with the news that I was now a patient of a family run office. I was thrilled! I was greeted by people who were friendly, caring, and professional.
