I was very impressed that both Dr Rob and Dr Carol were present during my initial visit. I have never experienced an exam so thorough, they were both very attentive and professional. Not once did I feel they were rushing through my exam. The staff was very welcoming and competent. I would highly recommend Paradox Dental.

The staff I met - all new - really went out of their way to introduce themselves and talk in a friendly way. It's a difficult situation to have a change-over like this -- both from the patient and professional perspectives -- but they're handling it very well. I knew the "pair of docs" would be new to me but was surprised that the office staff and hygienists were, too. I felt like the staff was genuinely interested in what I had to say instead of just making small talk. From my over the phone appointment scheduling to my actual visit, the staff was very congenial.
