Yes, I had a great experience at the dentist office. The people were friendly and courteous, and they did great work. The facility was modern and clean.
I appreciated Tammy sitting and talking to me very candidly yet kindly, knowing I have high anxiety when visiting the dentist, before even beginning my cleaning. She did not baby me, but she did listen well. I felt "safe" without feeling shamed. Throughout the cleaning she talked to me as an adult, yet explained things fully. Dr. Carole was equally easy and encouraging. Best dental visit ever!
I enjoyed meeting the new dentist and officer personnel at Paradox Dental. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed seeing my familiar hygienist, who is always great. And Dr Rob Thoman was professional, answered my questions, and took time to help me get to know him on my first visit with him. I am happy to stay with this practice.
I loved how both dentist asked me a ton of questions. Not only to see what the problem was but to hear what my goals were, what I wanted done and whats more inportant to MW. So glad I finally came to this dentist after being referred.

After being through a few Drs after Dr. Arnold left....I can easily say my experience was excellent. Dr. Rob was great and I absolutely loved Kassie. Thanks so much for being so nice and friendly.
