Today I stopped in at 6:30 PM to see if I could get my bike pedals torqued. They make an annoying clicking sound and I can feel it when they're a bit loose. I don't have the right wrench to do it myself. MJ greeted me cheerfully at what I'm sure was the end of a long day, heard my request, grabbed the torque wrench and we walked out to my truck, where she amazingly put all of her weight on the wrench and determinedly got about a quarter turn of additional torque on each pedal. Thank You for your GREAT customer service!
I rented a road bike during my vacation to Idaho from Paradise Creek Bicycles. The shop guys were terrific and got me in and out quick. Nice rental bike and gear. Loved the service so much I bought their jersey.
T-Jay--Thanks for going the extra mile to try to set me up on a rental e-trike for New Years. I'm sorry that the frame is too big for me, but I'm grateful for your taking time trying to make it work.
I came in today to get a new bike for my son- Chris found him an awesome gently used bike at a fair price and Nick helped us trade in his old one to offset the cost. This shop is such a nice fixture downtown- T Jay donates untold hours of volunteer time to our school helping our students to ride safely and the shop has knowledgeable, friendly employees. Thank you!
