TJ and crew do a great job. I absolutely love my bike!
The tire on my kids stroller went flat and I could not reinflate it. I came in thinking I needed a new inner tube and T Jay respectfully gave me a tutorial on how to pump up a tire! I was very pleased and impressed with the level of service even In regards to an incompetent user error issue. We had a good few laughs and he sent me on my way with a fully inflated tire and a much smarter father. Thanks guys I’ll be back with all my other bike issues ;)
Just bought a Trance 2 from these guys. They got the bike at a discount price, so they hooked me up with the same discount! I look forward to doing service with them in the future!
I was visiting from New Braunfels, TX and Nick really hooked my friend and I up with excellent bikes for the Latah Trail. He was very thorough sizing us for our rental bikes. He even switched out a seat for my friend's bike. Awesome service and a beautiful store!
This has been our family's favorite place to shop-and just hang out- ever since the owner, T.J., started working here!
