Fantastic shop. They are very helpful, informed, and will give advice and help with little tunes just out of the kindness of their hearts, and love for biking. Every time I've gone in, I've had a good experience.
Really good bike shop. I bought a bafang BBS02 Mid Drive electric Kit for my mountain bike, and let Paradise Creek Bike Shop handle the installation. Bike was ready in just one day and they were very prompt on their service. Loved the way they helped me set it up and make sure that there is no problem for my bike when it's on the road.
We were blown away by Paradise Creek Bicycles! We brought our 6 year old special needs son (non verbal and autistic), hoping that they might have a bike carrier big enough for him to enjoy riding in. When T.J. brought out a bike with an attached BIKE trailer (real kids bike attached to an adult bike), my husband and I were quick to explain that our son has special needs and that we were interested in looking at the ones meant more for toddlers. Always good to see Tj at Paradise Creek, if you're in need of bicycle work in Moscow I recommend you come see Tj and the crew.
These people are AMAZING! Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. One of the guys there spend an hour teaching me how to fix my flat tire and all that it entails for nothing extra. He's dedicated to teaching and loves bikes. Definitely check this place out, I will be going back for every bike thing I need.
