Paradigm failed me. They refused to recognised domestic abuse and sided with the abuser. They went on to refuse to help me and condemned me to homelessness due to their lack of empathy and blaming red tape for their inaction. I lost everything. Shame on Paradigm.

Generally helpful when dealing with housing issues such as rent arrears, ASB and crime, littering and similar issues. The ASB problems don't always get solved in a timely manner so plenty of perseverance and grit is needed as a customer – writing ASB diaries, taking with neighbours and so on. Technicians, electricians and other on-site staff generally good. Does it so quickly
After living in my flat for over 20 years, I’ve sadly watched Paradigm’s standards decline year after year. I now only communicate with them via email — it’s the only way to have a record and hold them accountable. I reported racist graffiti on estate signage on 26th June, and ended up removing the signs myself because Paradigm failed to act. Over a month later, the signs still haven’t been replaced.
