AVOID PARABAR AT ALL COSTS! If I could give zero stars, I would. Parabar in Billericay has been the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. They failed to pay me my rent that was due, and their negligence led to illegal tenants being placed in my property. These tenants completely wrecked my home, and it’s clear Parabar didn’t bother doing the proper checks. All they seemed interested in was their commission from the sale—absolutely no regard for me as a landlord. Communication was appalling throughout the whole process.... read more
