Stay far away from this company. It is very badly managed . I have had a driver threaten to leave my mother stranded because he was annoyed that I called him for an estimate time of arrival for a return pick up trip for her . Horrible service! They don’t care about the customer. They will leave you stranded for hours without communicating with you. Zero empathy for the people they serve. I will avoid using this company if I have a choice.
This man hit my car’s mirror. And yelled at me in a light, how it is possible to let people like this drive this kind of vehicles. Please do something about it!
