A friend of the family purchased his first car from the used car lot. It didn't make it two weeks before three engine locked up. Now he has nothing more than an offer to sell him a new engine. What type of dealership sells a lemon to a 16 year old kid then dies nothing to help him out. Shame on you Papps Toyota. When the time comes for my next vehicle purchase you can be sure I will not be visiting your dealership. I will be sure to let everyone I know aware of how you treat your customers after the sale.
