Alex "bones" is the best to work with. He made the experience fun and stress-free. I never felt pressured and he was able to get me a great deal on my first brand new car! Overall, a very positive experience!
Brett Bales is the best. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! He listened to me, knew what I was looking for, my budget, and he made it happen. I bought a pre owned Venza. I love it!
It is difficult to find excellent customer service these days, but you will at Pappas Toyota. Everyone was friendly and extremely accommodating. Pleasure buying a car here !!
I just bought a 2017 Highlander from Pappas Toyota and our salesman Jim Adams was amazing. He was very helpful and very descriptive on all questions we had. I will definitely come back anyday. 😃😃
I will not patronize your dealership because of poor customer service. I will also not recommend your dealership to anyone who asks me for my opinion of your company.
A friend of the family purchased his first car from the used car lot. It didn't make it two weeks before three engine locked up. Now he has nothing more than an offer to sell him a new engine. What type of dealership sells a lemon to a 16 year old kid then dies nothing to help him out. Shame on you Papps Toyota. When the time comes for my next vehicle purchase you can be sure I will not be visiting your dealership. I will be sure to let everyone I know aware of how you treat your customers after the sale.
