We arrived at Pappas Toyota today to test drive a 2013 Ford Taurus... less than 2 hours later we drove off the lot owning the vehicle *This place has such a kid friendly environment, plus they also provided snacks and drinks while we waited for the deal to be finalized- Thank you Fergy
2 for 2! 2 cars stuck purchasing through them. 2 cars that are nothing but money holes. Sales guys are rude, pushy and quite unhelpful. Stay away from here.
Because of Pappas, I will never again buy a Toyota, and I've had many. What kind of dealer can't tell you what is wrong with your car? An incompetent one. Then these people failed to return phone calls and treat me horribly like I was the one not calling them back. Horrible customer service and glad to never be a Toyota owner again.

Dave Dubois you are the greatest! I love that when I need a car you go above and beyond even on your day off to make sure we got our new van! I love the fact that I can go to Pappas and see Dave and I know I will not be hassled or pushed into anything. And I can't forget Brett, Dave's awesome high fiving sidekick!!! He took good care of us as well!! Both you guys are outstanding and I couldn't have asked for a better service!
