RecommendedMy husband and two dogs were on the road for the holidays when we had an issue with our 2017 Highlander. I called Pappas Toyota’s service to see if they could help us and we were told to come right over and they would work us in. Well kept facility with friendly staff. Ask for Adam in Sales, he knows his stuff. I Will be buying a 2020 Tundra or Tacoma next year from Pappas, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I felt that I was treated fairly and this is my third Toyota and I keep them forever because I have never have any problems with them. The last one was a Scion for 14 years and a Camry for 13 years.
