Very helpful, fast service
Jim was the man I had contact with when I had my car servicer.He was very knowledgeable and friendly.I would come back just because of him,but then the waiting room hostess was so sweet and brought me snacks while I waited in the comfortable waiting room watching a big screen t.v. I don't mind waiting for my car in such great surroundings. Thank you Pappas Toyota for knowing how to wow the customers!
Rob and his team in the Collision Center are top-notch. They are very polite and professional and diligently worked to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the repair.
I had a car issue that required my car to be towed to Pappas (Great job, A1 Towing!). From the moment I stepped out of the tow truck I was taken care of with the ultimate professionalism and kindness. My service advisor, Dave, called three times throughout the day to give me updates and all the problems were solved by 3:00. The car rental was comped (Always helpful Angie in the rental office!) and I felt like my 2006 car was brand new when I drove off the lot.
No hassle sales and great service!
