The service at Pappas Toyota is spectacular.. I trade every 3 years so have been there a lot..they always take care of me... Paul, Rob, Tony, Gino to mention a few... will continue buying Rav’s just because I know they will always trustful and very professional.
Great service, very nice staff, clean and efficient. Only negative is the music, which is loud and there is no where to wait that is quiet.

Always prompt and full of information ! My service tech Chris Bank was awesome ! He kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and explained to me that I needed new tires (which I knew) and that next month they are having buy 3 get 1 free so he was going to call me and remind me so that way I can get the best price. Not many places do this and for that I am grateful! My opinion this is a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They did great work on the dents and the 3 for 1 coverage paid all of the damage which I believe mine was around 600 and they gave me a rental. The service was quick too highly recommended
