Service adviser, Chris Bank, helped me get an affordable replacement engine for my 2004 Avalon after another non-Toyota shop destroyed the original by forgetting oil. I have been calling him ever since for outstanding service.

Always professional and accommodating! They always treat me like they want me as a loyal customer. That's why I keep returning!
I love that they are always on time and they make the wait comfortable by offering drinks and snacks! They also provide magazines to read, tv, a place for kids and WiFi. All personal are so very friendly and courteous. Most of all, they listen and have been able to fix any issues with my car.
I always have a great experience at Pappas! I will not take my vehicle anywhere else!!!
I want to thank all the team members that helped me to get my car back on the road. The communication between Pappas Toyota and TMC of North America have put me back on the road with my 2008 Hybrid Camry.
