Fair and honest. Been buying cars there for probably 25 years, now my kids do also. No baloney when purchasing a vehicle. Service is great and the managers recognize me and greet me by name when I come to the dealership. They let me know they appreciate my business.
I've been coming here since 2011 and the service is always fast and efficient. It's easy to get an appointment. Love the extra service in the waiting room. It sets you apart.
From dropping off the keys to paying the bill everyone was courteous and efficient. Lady in reception area is always highlight of our visit. How many grandkids want to go with you for car servicing ?!?! My granddaughter always loves going there for the snacks and games! Time passes so fast while waiting!

**update** I DID return and purchased a beautiful used car from Pappas Toyota! Couldn’t decide on a car before closing after being helped for more than two hours. The salesman was amazing and understanding. Super knowledgeable and patient, too. Will definitely go back to try and find my next car there!
They don’t offer you to finance through the credit union and they give you a super high interest rate. We are paying 6% interest on a brand new car. We are getting ready to refinance through a place that they have full control to also finance through but they won’t because they make more money doing it through themselves
