We were loyal Pappas customers for a long time. Then the service department made us go elsewhere. We've decided to come back and everyone is wonderful now and easy to work with. Service department is pleasant and not rude. I've always loved working with Jim Adams and Mike Wagner.
About a year ago, I bought a 2010 Toyota Prius from this dealership. I had a good buying experience and because of the driving I do, I opted into the tire replacement warranty that, according to the finance replaces the tires for things like nails and "anything that isn't bad driving related, such as hitting a curb." I hit a nail a few nights ago and I brought my car in. Now, I'm told that they do not cover this because the tread was too worn out. Great place to do business with. I couldn't be more pleased
My Sienna Van had a mystery light on the dash and Toyota Pappas worked very hard to explore and repair my van. Service Repair Mr David was thoughtful and considerate with my concerns and had me in a rental at no cost to me while repairing my Van. I will use them for all my car needs. Thank you, Mr David.

If I could give this dealership and especially the Service Department 0 stars - I would. They are rude and make it abundantly clear that CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY. WE WOULD NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM PAPPAS AGAIN!!!
I called Pappas Toyota a few days ago about a 2015 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE Sedan for a couple of reasons. One, I wanted to make sure they still had the car I was interested in. Two, I wanted to make sure they would honor their internet price and that there were no special qualifications to receive that price or gimmicks to raise that price. I had a very good first impression of Pappas Toyota today. This was my first service appointment with Pappas and could not be happier. The personnel in the service department as well as all of the employees that I met, treat you like a real person, not a number. My appointment was at 1:00 and I was on my way home at 1:30. Thanks for this experience.
