So pissed. Bought a used Pontiac Torrent from Pappas to drive me and my newborn child. I've only put 1300 miles on it since I bought it and had to replace a head gasket AND the brakes just locked up. Like brakes won't release and it is messing up my transmission. I know when they sell used cars, they are "as is" however, you should then disclose what is wrong with the vehicle, not tell us it passed inspections and everything is fine. Do not use Pappas Toyota for your service on your vehicle. Find a trust worthy mechanic that will be up front and honest about the price instead of lowballing the quote to get your service. Had 2 mechanics give me quotes for at least $500 cheaper than the original price quoted by the Pappas service center. When I brought this to the attention of the dealership and told them that they lost a customer and a loyal family of buyers I was told I am sorry you feel that way.
Staff is always friendly and facilities are very clean.
2015 Sienna, engine oil leak, repaired 3 times already and leaking oil again! So sick of this van. My first and last Toyota!!!!!
