The sales team worked with us and our budget to get the perfect car for our family. Ryan Mundt had all our paperwork prepared today and our visit was quick. They do not stand behind the cars they sell or the work that they do to these cars currently living my second nightmare with them as we speak
My wife and I bought 2 Grand Caravans. All questions we had were answered by the sales rep, and there was no pressure to buy anything other than what we wanted. The one "odd" option we wanted was installed and in place when we picked up the vehicles. We were also given a very fair deal on our trade-ins (yes, we had gotten estimates elsewhere). We were very happy with the experience, and so far we are very happy with the vehicles.
This is my 2nd lease with Papas and I would recommend them to my family and friends

Rick in sales is absolutely the best and handled all my needs with ease and any request I had was handled on the spot. I have a 2017 and 2018 Jeep Compass thanks to Rick!
