Had an excellent experience here with Ali Riley, Mark and Ryan. No "let me talk to my manager" nonsense, straightforward to deal with.
I will no longer deal with this Dodge dealership. Decided to give them one last chance and see if they could program a new PCM I purchased since the vin has to be flashed. The service guy said we don't do that when I told them the folks at Mitchell did it he seems surprised they would be willing to help a customer. I initially went to another dealership looking for a grand Cherokee and they ignored me so I went over to Papas and was immediately greeted by Ali. He walked me through everything and gave me a great deal. Ryan took me through all the paper work quickly and got me out as soon as possible. Great customer service and I love my new car thanks guys!
Really enjoyed working with my salesman Ali. He was professional and knowledgeable about the product and finance options. He kept every promise he made before, during and after the sale....refreshing.
I was helped by both Marty and Jay, and I must say the service has been incredible. When my car was considered totaled, they really pulled some strings and helped me get my car fixed without hassle, and on top of helping with other smaller issues without over charging, they're very personable. I wouldn't trust any other shop with my car.
I just bought a 2019 Cherokee and had the best experience doing so. Garry Cwikla is a fantastic and professional salesperson who says it like it is and will help you in whatever way he can. This is my second vehicle I have bought with him. Mark the Business Manager was a pro and got me in and out with the paperwork and logistics. The vehicle is phenomenal!!! It has so many cool features and comfort while being very responsive. You will be happy with your purchase at Papa’s. I am!
