Service Dept. is horrendous. Will never purchase another vehicle from Papa's Dodge Jeep Ram. Staffing issues are now affecting the customer experience.
My husband called this morning to inquire about a truck we found online. When we called and offered our price, they laughed at us. According to Kelley Blue Book this truck is overpriced by at least $1,500. They were absolutely not willing to make a deal because “they think someone will buy it for their list price.” A $40,000 2017!? Absolutely not. I can buy brand new at that price. My wife and I were looking for a 2018 Pacifica and with just a few months left on her current lease decided to start visiting dealers. The first dealer we visited was the worst experience either of us had ever had trying to buy a car.
