Out of all of my car buying experiences, this has to be, hands down, THE best experience ever! I want to especially thank Henri for making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the whole transition. We never felt rushed, or was given a generic sales pitch, which is very important to me. Papa's was wonderful - especially our salesperson, Gary Tufano. He was patient, understanding, helpful, and extremely kind in a very difficult situation for us. This was not a purchase of choice for my friend and her son who had to say "good bye" to their much loved 1999 Jeep Cherokee after a recent fender bender.
