Great customer service and professionalism
I was traveling this weekend to Connecticut and needed an oil change in my new Jeep Compass. Stopped at Papa’s dealership and I must say - this is, by far, the coolest dealership I have ever been to! Time of my oil change was not even enough to go and discover all this decor and the display of great, oldDodge cars! Very impressive! Once again I had a great experience at papa’s dodge.
I don't trust this dealership. Took our brand new Grand Cherokee in twice. A few weeks later noticed that a huge scratch/scrape on the front fender had been painted!! They denied that they had hit something with our car then painted over it! But the chances that someone else had hit it, and somehow happened to have the EXACT paint match to then paint the car, is ludicrous.
