The absolute worst. Called to get an oil change and scheduled it for 1pm with a question about a leak. I fixed the leak myself and when I came to my appointment they said if you don’t need us to look at the leak go down to some express lane oil change where I was told my 1pm oil change appointment would not be honored and I’d have to wait at least an hour or 2 to get my oil change done... what was the point of taking down my appointment and btw they never informed me that it would cost $140 just for them to look at my leak n... read more
Had a service appt at 8:30. Made it a week in advance. Had to make arrangements to work at home and get rides. They call me at the end of the day and say they never touched the Jeep and don’t guarantee their service appointments. Unbelievable
