I highly recommend Russ the salesman. He’s been in the business a long time and is a straight shooter. Never felt like he had anything but my best interest in mind and getting me what I want for the best deal. My new Wrangler was priced exactly as it should be - other dealers charged way more for less. Definitely happy I took the hour drive to New Britain. It was worth it and Russ made it happen.
Przemek took my call and got me into the car I was looking for for an awesome price. He took great care of me despite all the things going on in the world right now and got me in and out of the dealership with as little person to person contact as possible. Great job by the Papa’s team all around!!
Przemek was amazing during this pandemic. We needed another car in an emergency situation and we were able to get everything handled over the phone. All we had to do was walk in sign and leave with the car! We love Papas!
I walked in over a week ago and was greeted by such a nice woman Debora. She explained to me how they were handling the sales department and show room because of the virus. It was such a relief that they were taking things so serious. I was then introduced to Marty Mattei one of the salesman. He was professional and unlike most salespeople he didn't pressure me.
