My fiancé and I are interested in a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and saw that they had one available. We were hoping to trade in our 2018 Jeep Rubicon if we loved the car. Unfortunately, upon entering the energy of the staff and overall dealership was basically non-existent. We informed the gentleman helping us that we were interested in taking a look at the SRT and possibly test driving it. Be careful: I’ve bought 3 cars from Papas and it is clear they only care about the car sale and not about the customer. The last car we purchased has been a nightmare. You think they would treat a returning customer differently.
