Papas dodge has horrible customer service!! Nobody ever returns your calls! Buyer beware! There happy to take calls regarding purchasing a new car once the sale is done. Service Department is 0/10 I have been waiting 4 months to fix a leak. Do not purchase a vehicle here.

RecommendedVery friendly! The waiting area was appropriately physically distance. The complimentary drinks were nice. Everyone took care of me well, maybe even pulled a few strings.
They make sure you have the greatest experience and will help you find the right car in your price range. I specifically dealer with Henri and he made sure that I was always informed with what was going on during the process with the car.

I've had the best experience with Papa's! I totaled my vehicle unfortunately, and was in need of a vehicle in such a short time. Mark and Zaneta were amazing! Zaneta was with me every step of the way! She would text me and call me to update me on everything that was going on. Mark and her both teamed up and made it all happen. Przemek was fantastic. Made the entire process fun and exciting. I custom ordered my Wrangler, as I wanted a manual transmission, and he worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted. Great experience all around. I highly recommend Przemek and Papas!
