Always had excellent service and food at papa lous. They have some of the best pizza anywhere. I have been there in the summer and the off season. The staff and management have always been great. Some reviews seem like a table had a bad experience and they all rushed on here to complain. They have a very relaxed atmosphere and you can actually watch them stretch the pizza dough fresh for each order. Highly recommended.

My sister and I was visiting friends and went to Papa Lou's for dinner. The first night we went we had cheezy bread and then a pizza. It was delicious. We even went back the next night for more. Our server was great too and was very friendly. Matter of fact, we are planning another trip back up there and cannot wait to head over for some great pizza. We came here for dinner on a Friday night in March. Not a whole lot open in the area during the winter months but this was recommended to us from the women who works at the winery there in town. The service was great, they werent overly busy but tables were full. Our waiter was nice...filled my water up whenever it was low, checked up on us often. Tender Lovin pizza is delicious, try with ranch. While the hostess was less than friendly, Brianne was an AWESOME waitress! By far the best waitress I have had in a long time at any restaurant.

This was my second time eating here and it was nothing short of amazing both times. Every food item I have tried was great, as was the service. Ask for Jessica, she is great! 5/5 Sweet bar seats also.

Origanally recommended to us by a local but were aprehensive due to some of the reviews on here. Smelled amazing the minute we walked in. Good service. Soup and fries were yummy. Pizza was good an very filling. Went with the family including 2yr old and a baby and did not feel uncomfortable as some pub/bars can make you feel unwelcome. Glad we ignored bad reviews in here and went-great experience.

Nothing bad to say at all. Best garlic cheesey bread that I've had in a long time. Pizza was right up there as well although out was a little on the greasy side. Service was fast and friendly. The bar atmosphere is fun and comfortable. The pastas are a slightly pricey ranging up to $18, but pizza is well priced.

This year, our service was terrific.....and they were cool with my kids.
