Smelled amazing the minute we walked in. Good service. Soup and fries were yummy. Pizza was good an very filling. Went with the family including 2yr old and a baby and did not feel uncomfortable as some pub/bars can make you feel unwelcome.

We've eaten here twice and the pizza was the kind of pizza that you'll always crave. The staff was friendly and the restaurant had a cool vibe

The service was great, they werent overly busy but tables were full. Our waiter was nice...filled my water up whenever it was low, checked up on us often. My husband had a beer and another waiter had seen it was empty and came by to grab the glass asking if he needed another. A lot of the staff was like this, they worked well with eachother. We both ordered our own pizzas and they were great. I thought they were kinda pricey but I figured every place was like this in a small town. I was pleased overall.

Excellent restaurant. We had burgers and a quesadilla, the burger was juicy and very flavorful, bacon cooked to a crisp, the quesadilla was loaded with chicken, very good!! We will be going back

this place down town petoskey has the best and may i say weird pizzas ever. My kids come home from college and we head here to get there bazzare pizzas..cheeseburger pizza, steak and cheese...and list cont

We came to Petoskey for a mini vacation and stopped here to eat. We had one of the BEST pizza's I've ever had!! The all meat pizza was fantastic!! Just the right amount of sauce and the crust was super good!! We went on a Tuesday night so it was kinda slow when we first got there. They have music playing which is 80's hair bands and it wasn't so bad. By the time we left the place was almost full. This is a must stop if you are in the area and want some pizza!!

My mom and I were spending the weekend in Petoskey and we came to Papa Lou's twice. The first time we sat at the bar because we didn't want a full meal. My mom had a salad and a glass of wine, I had a beer (yummy Founder's Scotch Ale on tap recommended by the bartender) and a french onion soup in a homemade bread bowl (I think they use the pizza dough- genius!)
