Despite a very old heating system and my having bought a faulty product, Luke was able to help me obtain a working product short notice, and returned when I’d collected it to finish installation same day. He also took the time to install it in the best place and cleaned up after the job. Going above and beyond to complete this was very much appreciated during cold weather, especially as it took a lot longer than we had bargained for. Would definitely recommend

Luke installed a new boiler in our home and I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was. He was extremely clean and tidy while working and he even cleaned my windows as there was a little dust from drilling. He was a happy worker and nice to have in our home. I have two dogs and he worked around them fine and was very aware of their safety if a door had to be opened.
