My daughter took my husband as well as myself to eat lunch. The waitress took our order. Simple we thought. My husband ordered combination nachos. The waitress brought our food out and low and behold my husbands wasn’t nachos. The waitress said this is what you ordered. We all said no it’s not. She grabbed the plate and took it back telling my husband on her way back through it’ll be a few minutes. Hell it never came. He went back to work on an empty stomach. My friends and I not only had to wait at the door for nearly 20 min and they weren’t even busy, but we had to go find a manger to come to the front of the establishment and take care of not only us but the group in front of us and people waiting for to-go orders. Service in Poncho’s was not only unfriendly but down right snails pace slow.
