I had the Steak and Cheese sandwich and it was delicious. You can’t find a better server than Bonnie anywhere in the city!
My friend's appetizer and entree were wrong and when reported to management, management questioned him as if he didn't make the special request due to food allergies when he ordered. The manager also threw server under the bus in front of her face as she was refilling water and dropping off napkins. Outside of that, the menu is limited and weird. Save your money and time.

Our waitress Katie was excellent today (1/21/19), BUT they have changed the chips & they are horrible. It ruins the dip. Also, they have added beans to the Taco Salad - not our favorite. We love Panchos, but we will call first to make sure the old chips are back.
Eat it all. Everything is good here.

I’ve always loved Panchos , but I have to say they have changed their chips and they are Horrible... I’ve never had chips like this, I had to spit them out! Not sure I’ll be back until they change them back. I’ll just have to buy the cheese dip and eat them at home ...😌. Very 😢
