This used to be a great place to eat. But the service now REALLY has become terrible. The manager Cedric really doesn’t care and offered no apology for their subpar service. I went yesterday and had to wait 40 minutes on my food just to be told I wasn’t supposed to be seated and the girls up front should be putting a 39 minutes wait on the tables (NOT MY PROBLEM) but hey Ive enjoyed this place for years so I come back today and give them another shot. I grew up eating at Pancho’s Express on Perkins Rd. I live in Horn Lake, Ms. and we try at least once a month to visit Pancho’s, love the food and it’s not expensive.
Food and service was great
Love this place! Been coming here for years!
