food was excellent, service not so much
the food was very gross..I think it was spoiled.. also the chips were very tough to eat said they were going to make me some more but never brought us any more.. tamales very gross and smelled spoiled, the chicken burrito had an off taste.. maybe spoiled meat.. not a good place to go at all.. the only great thing was everybody was really nice.. just really bad food and took forever to get it..

The old logo!!! Why fix it if it’s not broken. Has to be the worst marketing decision since Coca Cola’s debacle.
I have been coming to Panchos in Memphis & West Memphis for 40 plus years. So thankful Y'all still open the doors today.
