Even simple Oil Changes require us to apply the same level of care we use for all of our services. We cater mainly to high end imports and thus use several pampering techniques to the automobile that those customers come to expect from the dealership such as the covers you mentioned. All cars brought in then benefit from this higher level of service.
Outstanding customer service!!! – Three weeks before our summer family vacation, my car just dies while driving to work, lights go dim and lights light up on the dash. I call and have it towed in to Pampered Auto Care near Round Rock in No. Austin. Edin determines that it needs an alternator and offers to install a good aftermarket part or I can go with the factory original alternator. That was a long thank you, so I will respond briefly. This is the reason we prefer to have our customers know and speak to our mechanics while the car is being repaired. Dealerships prevent this relationship from happening and that is not right.
