Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Good access for elderly patients. Easy parking in a large dedicated lot. Well organized office and schedules. No significant delays or waits. Somewhat impersonal approach to patients. If you expect TLC, you might be disappointed. The practice has an industrial, revolving door feel but quality of care is good.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. She also treats you quickly so you dont have to delay your trips or other events

Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
