Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Very pleased with Dr Daly and her practice. The staff, especially nurses, are very friendly and professional. While waiting to see the doctor, I felt comfortable in their waiting room area. I've been to other places where I had to wait after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed with Dr Daly's overall business practice and quality of care. The office is conveniently located and was easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
