The receptionists are pleasant but ., Daly herself is not really available for any conversation besides a quick look at your foot and then she is gone. I asked for medical records and found them unco-operative and reluctant to consider my situation. They seem professional but generally uncaring. I am going to a different foot doctor next time.
She's mostly concerned with her co-pay, not your condition. Had an infected ingrown since last winter, she's been the only one that has cut the toenail Last time I was there told me it would be an extra 20.00 if I didn't come up with the copayment, if she would have to bill me, since I forgot my checkbook. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! But then again how could you since the doctor is in and out so quickly. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Bsides having to wait (in the waiting room) for over 30 minutes to then sit in exam room and wait at least another 20 minutes. Dr. Daly helped me greatly after I had experienced pain on the bottom of my foot for about 6 months. She took the preliminary treatment steps for about a month and then we agreed that minor surgery would hopefully reveal an answer and correct my issue & it did just that This has been now approx. 4 years later and I haven't had any trouble with that since being treated by Dr. Daly. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I hate having to wait for long period of time AFTER my scheduled appointment, only to have the Dr. Daly come in for like 2 seconds then out the door she goes. Don't feel like she listens to my concerns or problems. When needing to get things ordered from office, you have to play followup all the time to make sure it gets done. There is always a reason for the delay.
