Been settled in for almost 2 months and couldn't be happier. The entire community is incredibly maintained, amenities are fantastic, friendly neighbors and top notch office and maintenance staff. Only thing I'm wanting is weather warm enough to open the pool!
My daughter lives in one of the apartments. My family went to visit last August. We were very impressed. it is well kept up. Yard looked great. Pool area was very clean. We were able to relax and had a nice baraque. Great area for baraque. All the shopping needs are just around the corner.
Only lived at Palmera for a couple months now, but so far they have been great!! Love the apartments, very spacious and the wood floors are great! Had a couple small maintenance issues like a track light being out, and a smoke detector battery going dead, and they were taken care of the same day as reported.. We also bought a ceiling fan, and they install it for free. They told us it would be installed within two weeks on the phone, then called back later in the day and said nevermind we will do it today!
